Steeleon

Steeleon , the steel armor pokemon . A steel type pokemon of medium stature , growing to a height of 1.10 m and weighing 30.0 kg . An eevee has the possibility to evolve into a Steeleon when battling against a steel type pokemon or with high friendship within a big city , Steeleon can be found in areas inhabited by humans such as cities , factories and houses . Its fragile body is covered in  hard and supposedly indestructible armor protecting it from attacks that would have been fatal to other pokemon . The horn on the top of its head is its greatest weapon as it is said to be as hard as diamond and has the ability to absorb electricity in order to use it in battles , if the horn ever breaks it would take a year to regrow making it an easy target for anyone who wants to challenge it . The tip of its tail is equipped with a sharp blade capable of slicing rocks in half , when the blade starts to lose its sharpness it rubs it on metal objects to make it again sharp . Nobody knows where it came from but some people believe that a mad sientist created a couple of steeleon in order to create 'the perfect pokemon' , unfortunately for him all the specimens escaped and their population grew in the wild . Others believe that they came to earth from another planet so they can explore our world before leaving for a new planet . No more information has ever been found about this pokemon .
