Velociraptor Mongoliensis

Here's another dinosaur sketch that i've recently finished . It was very difficult trying to find a picture of a complete and accurate skeleton because most replicas had the arms positioned like the velociraptor you would see in jurassic park and not like the accurate bird like wing , when i found a skeleton with the perfect pose i started working on it . Even though the arms were positioned in a different way it didn't bother me that much . The parts of its body that i found difficult were the shape of its crest and its right arm . I was inspired by different birds of prey , crows , ravens and the crested woodpecker to make it look more predatory . Much like the tyrannotitan the velociraptor model that i might create will have an articulated jaw and a nickname ( Flash ) . If you'd like to see him with colors please let me know .
